During his speech he made it known that all paths are of equal values, only individual values can set hierarchy to them; he said “the teaching profession, the medical profession, the law practice, the construction profession are all equal provided that they are chosen wisely”. He made example of the vice chancellor of the University of Ilorin as a teacher with value because he choose wisely. Before he left the podium to his sit, the explained strength, parental factors and peer influence as factors that can influence choice of path, he was also able to explain how to choose a path that can serve as the beginning of a future with an essence, and the importance of choosing a right path.

The question and answer session anchored by the master of the event Mr. Basher Luqman Olarewaju lasted for about 45minutes, the answer were provided not just by the speakers but other members that formed the  answering panel, including the representative of the principal of Offa grammar school, the first and second speakers, the national president of Offa students union, the presidents of Offa students’ union Unilorin and Usman Dan Fodio university (Udusok) chapters, two members of teamfarz initiatives and a staff of Offa grammar school.  Some of the questions and answers are: A student asked what he would need to become a novelist, this question was answered by a staff of the school and the president of Offa students’ union Udusok chapter that such student needs to be imaginative, always inquisitive and take care of English language and literature. Another student asked how to become a farmer and he was advised by Mr. Gegele Taiye Abdullah to study agriculture in the university after he has made research of the various branches of agriculture which some were listed. Another student asked about the girl that has met over a hundred presidents. The students happened to have read about the girl and her question was “her father left his job to support her, can a typical Nigerian father do the same?”. The question was left to Mr. Tijani Sheriffdeeen to answer since he introduced that in his speech. Mr. Tijani made a comment about that and the Mr. Ibrahim Faruq also buttressed his points. In the CEO’s comment he said “parental love for children’s success is same across the world, if an American father can do that, a Nigerian father  can do that too, haven’t we heard stories of Nigerian parents that sold their jewelries to make sure their children are successful?. But the problem now is can a Nigerian child think like that? If a Nigerian child can think like that and request such from his or her parent with sincerity, such parents can even do more than that”. He then advised the students to be more serious at whatever they want, be good children at home and to dream and aim high.

Discover yourself.

If a cell can perform all the functions of life; it can reproduce, it can feed, it can migrate, it can compete, it can adapt independently, then you can rule the world as you contain millions of cells. Don't forget a cell can DIE also. Discover yourself, utilize your potentials and REMAIN.

see why you are a leader.

Some people will say it means followership; that is a leader is a follower, some says it’s service to humanity; leaders are slaves to the people, some will say it means taking responsibilities, representing people, deciding on behalf of some people or being in charge of some people, like we expect in political offices. And these are the reasons a lot of people think leadership matters concerns some people and not some other people. From my own end, every living being is a potential leader as I see leadership to mean being in charge of one’s subconscious mind, having full control over ones potentials, taking full responsibility of every of one’s action, being a good follower of one’s beautiful dreams, being a slave to oneself and others, service to oneself as it extends to one’s immediate environment (Ibrahim Faruq 2017). Hence, everyone that aspires for success is a leader. One of the duties expected from a leader is to transform every available resource to wealth for the led group. Similarly, every individual is expected to fully utilize and transform every creative thinking, insight and dreams to self wealth and societal wealth.
With courage, perseverance, patience, hard work, relentlessness, hope and determination, a good leader must successfully convey all his followers to the promise land. A leader should be all time willing to give up all he has for the growth of the people. A leader is expected to have a big heart, just as much as he walks with his brain, his heart should not be left behind. The legend of the state will go through hard time to achieve success, and at the end their names will remain on the lips of the young and old, rich and poor and even the deserted. Good leaders sleep less, think more and act at the appropriate time. Procrastination has never been attributed to great leaders, fear and faithlessness doesn’t make a good leader. On their faces success is what is clearly written. To the public, a respected leader smiles to instill hope and cry in the corner of his room. The full management of the masses wealth is expected of a leader, the complete transformation of the natural gifts is paramount to a good leader.
Don’t forget that to yourself, you are the boss, to your potentials you are in charge, to your actions you are accountable, your future depends on the present time you have. Will you be a good manager of your dreams? Will you be called a good leader of yourself? Will you be patient when the going gets tough? Will you persevere? Will you show courage? Will you take yourself to the promise land? Can you manage your finances till the days of luxury? Will you act more than you think? Are you ready to sleep less and work more? Will you be the Awolowo of yourself? Will you fight for the freedom of your potentials like Nmadi Azikwe did? Will you let your name remain like that of Nelson Mandela? It is a journey of purpose, walk it!!!!!!!!
